5. ship the final sample and send the proposal for approval

6. freeze on the payment terms

7. Execute and dispatch the order

8. confirm the receipt

9. Receive the acknowledgment

10. timely followup for the feedback / assistance (if required)

You shall be independent to take a call post your approval on the sample and will not bound to place the order, all we want from your is a chance to be considered.
