From time to time, changes are made to the original scope of work of a project, which alters the original contract amount or completion date. In such cases, we discuss the pros and cons of such changes, the cost impact and effect on completion dates

If the clients choose to make the changes, we provide them with a change order that describes the new work to be done (or not done in some cases), and the price to be paid for this new work. Once this change order is submitted and approved it generally serves to alter the original contract such that the change order now becomes part of the contract

Permit Review and Compliance

We make sure that our clients have the proper permits and are in compliance with city ordinances and state laws

Municipal Representation

We represent our clients at municipal meetings and public hearings, such as those pertaining to compliance, dispute resolutions, zone reclassification, variances and conflict resolution related to city inspections

Invoice Verification

We review each invoice for each phase of the project to ensure that invoices are itemized and that materials and labor reflect the work that has been completed at the agreed upon pricing
