Our company is established in the year 1969 and engaged in manufacturing of Cy. Liners, Barrels, Blocks and Sleeves etc. since then during course of time and changing technology. We have tried our best efforts and utmost cares with help of qualified Engineers and latest techniques maintaining, highest quality control with latest machineries like Induction Furnace with required temperature Gauges, to control proper temperature required for particular type of Cy. Liners, barrels, blocks and sleeves etc. , while casting best machineries for machining with timers, CNC machines, best quality honing machines and imported inspection instruments with time to time calibration and our own Laboratory for testing the raw materials and finished products, resulting best quality finished products being supplied to OE manufacturers as per their requirements maintaining the strict dimensions and tolerances, given in their drawings.

Above all we are having plataue honing machine with graph facilities.

We are certified ISO 9001: 2000 by TUV, Germany.

Further, our company is a family relative & all Directors are well experienced in Technical field. This is for the reliance of our strong Company.

We have sufficient loading & unloading facility in our factory area. Further, our Company's 1st Unit is situated at Lodhika G. I. D. C. about 16 km. away from Rajkot covered 19000 meters (3 Acres) land and here we are doing all the process of the centrifugal casting & Rough Machining. There are clean & healthy air surrounding due to green Gardens & lot of trees, which are situated in our Factory Unit. Another our company's 2nd Unit is situated in Rajkot City and it is our Final Workshop.

We have 18 Nos. qualified, 80 Nos. , Semi qualified, 21 Nos. well trained laborers with 15 / 20 years experience, making total strength of 125 Nos. We are also taking utmost care of our factory staff & laborers. We have also built up 4000 Square Feet building in our factory for the living facility of our laborers with their families

Our production capacity per shift is 1500 Pcs (Average 10 Kgs. Piece) . In addition to O. E. manufacturers, we also supply to exporters who are exporting our products to various countries.

Further, we are constantly and continuously engaged in research of latest technology and add latest introduced machineries in market in our factory for further improvements in our quality.
