PISTONSAN PISTON & LINER & RING production plant is established in 15000 m2 open and 10000 m2 covered area at the 3rd Organized Industrial Zone and today it has reached to a highly appreciated level in both production and quality system level thanks to its vast experience accumulated over 35 years in the automotive sector. The highest technology and perfect organization enables it to meet the highest quality requirements. The CNC lathes which are specially designed for the production of pistons guarantee the speed and quality in every step of production.

Over 800 types of combustion engine pistons with diameters varying from 60 mm. to 200 mm. are currently being produced in the plant after the strictest measurement controls at every step from moulding and casting are applied and we proved our quality with ISO 9002:19902 Quality Certificate.

Pistonsan is marketing 80% of its production to 35 countries; essentially England, Canada, Syria and Dubai.
