We introduce ourselves one of the leading manufacturer and exporter of non-ferrous casting and machined components such as Gunmetal, Ph. Bronze, Brass, Al. Bronze , Cu-Ni 70/30 , Cu-Ni 90/10 etc. Confirming to BS, ASTM, SAE, DIN, JIS as well as to another international specification.
We have 2 induction furnace having capacity of 500kgs. Each together we are having capacity of 1000kgs single piece casting we ensures that our casting are made from the purest highest grade of raw material and made within benefits of long experience each and every new raw material batch is tested by metallurgical laboratory.
We are regularly manufacturing casting using following casting methods in our foundry

2) investment casting / low wax casting
3) centrifugal casting
We are having our own well equipped machine shop supported by highly qualified & experience technical staff. All the machining activities are held in our machine shop with the help of following machinaries which enables us to machined our production within scheduled period

We are specially manufacturing pump component like impelers, bronze sleeves stage casings / bowls housings, nozzles, seal rings, bearings etc.
We are manufacturing solder and threaded fittings sizes from 1' to 4' and in some cases threaded fittings upto 6' we will gladly make fittings in special sizes & specification as per requirement of our valued customers. We are manufacturing hex nipples, adaptors, unions, bends, elbows, coupling, tee etc.
These fittings are used in all areas of domestic, commercial and industrial installation including water installation heating installation and gas installation such as manufactured natural and liquid gas.
We are also manufacturing other range (ring) of casting like liner, connection link bush, thrust ring of castings like liver, connecnon link bush, thrust ring worm wheel valve, wear plate, bearing, ball cap etc which are extensively used by heavy machine manufacturer, sugar industries, textile
