Company Introduction
MRAZ S. A. was formed in 1988 because the local industry needed to be provided of integral aluminium finned tubes in the manufacturing of serpentines which are used for the oil refrigeration in diesel engines.
Integral finned tubes means those tubes which fins were obtained by rolling, fins and tube make the same thing.
Subsecuently, the enterprise developed the technology for the manufacturing of finned tubes for heat exchangers, shell and tube type,
( Low Fin) tubes, made of copper, brass, carbon steel and stainless steel.
MRAZ S. A. produces and provides Low Fin tubes to engeneering companies and for heat exchanger manufacturing.
They are used in petrochemical, chemical, power generation, refining and gas processing industries and we produce them in the following materials: copper, brass, carbon steel and stainless steel.
The integral Medium Finned tubes in copper and aluminium alloys are destinated to manufacturing serpentines, radiators, oil coolers and intercoolers which are used in refrigeration.
Finned tubes for heat exchangers are better than unfinned ones because they have more surface in the same lenght, so, they have more capacity for heat transmission. The size of heat exchanger equipments can be reduced so that there would be beneficial in costs and in occupied places.
The heat exchange capacity can be incresed in an equipment with unfinned tubes by changing them with finned tubes. An equipment with un-finned tubes can be increased its capacity of heat exchange if they are changed by finned tubes.
