We are a professional plastic product manufacturing factory and many processes for plastic products can be finished in our house, such as vacuum forming or thermoforming, plastic injection, plastic rolling, painting, silk-screening, etc.

Mold department:

We have our own mold department which can make various molds according to customers' drawings or samples in our house, with no need to make the molds outside. In our mold department, we have CNC machines, lathe machines, wire cutting machine, drill machine, mill machines, polishing machines, etc., so we can also make various hardware products, such as aluminum products, stainless steel products and other metal products.



Plastic injection department:

We have 26 plastic injection machines which can manufacture various plastic products as per customers' technical drawings, samples and requirements.



Electronic product production and assembly department:

Due to having a much stronger R&D team and many years' experience in making electronic products, we have been a specialist in exhaust equipment and ventilation system field and a good supplier in the world. Currently, our main ventilation system products include various styles of exhaust fans and ventilation system equipment, which have our own registered brand of T&U. In addition, we also make other electronic products, such as Power sockets, Switches, Plastic parts for Electronic products, Home appliances, Medical equipment, Mechanical equipment, etc.



Vacuum forming department:

We have 8 vacuum forming machines and 6 CNC machines. We are specialized manufacturing much thicker plastic sheets, such as 1.0mm-10mm plastic sheets and the materials can be ABS, PS, PMMA, PC, PETG, PVC, etc. The advantage of this production process is to save much more mold charge and time than plastic injection processes for some projects.



Wet painting and silk-screening department:

Professional painting and silk-screening workers can offer clients different surface requirements on the surface of the products, such as different colors, shiny or satin surface finishes and UV resistance and can silk screen different logos on the products.
