Tech knit India, is engaged in the manufacture of hosiery readymade garments and exports since 2000. The company was promoted by small group of kindred spirits who have profound experience in the field of processing and manufacturing of Garments more than 2 decades.



Unit

Our production unit located in Tiruppur, the town, the largest producer of knitted garments in India. Our factory is a composite unit well equipped with all infrastructure. Our Dyeing Plant sited in 50,000 Sq. Mtrs with advance machines having processing capacity of 10 tonnes a day and a Compacting unit which process 150 tonnes of fabrics a day. Our printing unit with all advances printing machines capable of Chest printing, allover printing, Motif Print, Emboss and all kinds of printing.



Garmenting Unit spread in an area of 32000 Sq. Mts has a vide range of accessories and imported machines from reputed makers such as Juki, Pegasus etc.. The company owns a complete set of production system, sample designing, pattern making, cutting, stitching, embroidery and finishing which enable us to produce 150000 pieces in basics and 75000 pieces in Hi Fashioned Garments. The company attaches great importance to scientific management and development of new products and a great emphasis is laid on precise and multiple levels checking right from material procurements, fabric cutting, stitching, finishing, packing, and shipment.



To strengthen the same we have been awarded ISO 9001-2000 certification for our Quality Management System implemented in Marketing, Production and Execution.



We employ a contingent of strong skilled workforce for crafting the finer edges of a product mix including ladies outfits, gents and children wear.
