Creative Bee sells hand woven scarves made out of natural yarns, dyed, printed and painted with eco-friendly colors made from flowers, seeds, fruits, leaves, tree-barks of plants and from minerals and other natural fibers.

Our designs are rooted in India's rich heritage in weaving and natural fabric. But they also include contemporary blends of natural yarn and modern design.

Our textiles are the furthest thing from mass-produced blandness that you can find today's world. Each piece is hand-crafted, hand-woven and hand-colored, using all natural materials and traditional methods passed down through the ages from generation to generation. And each piece, therefore, is unique in the way that only hand-made articles can be.

Our natural yarns, pure cotton, pure silk, tussar and mix of cotton, silk, tussar, noil, giccha, fileature, linen, rubber are usually processed for several days, which includes selective dyeing according to the designs they are meant to de a part of.

The dyed or plain yarns are put in the warp and weft of the traditional handlooms and woven into in different weaves.

With some designs, finished effect is achieved completely on the loom while others are adorned with various printing and painting techniques. The most popular being hand block printing and hand painted kalamkari.

Hand-block printing has been done all over the world, it is true, Creative Bee does block printing on cloth using naturally occurring substances so our fabric stands out because of the exquisite traditional designs carved into fine teak wood by our master craftsmen.
