JSC Kuvandyksky plant PAC "Valley" began its activities on the basis of the collective farm "Red puncher," evacuated in September 1941 from Kiev. From the earliest days of its existence here produced military products. From June 1945 the company started the development of products consumer, and from 1956 began to explore the production of mechanical presses. In 1964, the plant began production of the combined press-shears, which, thanks to its versatility is widely used in all sectors of the economy. In December 1992 the company reorganized into open joint stock company "The Valley." Properly thought-out future-oriented program, advanced technology, skilled personnel have allowed the company dramatically expand the range of products. In June 2010, the plant changes its name to a joint stock company press-forging equipment, "Valley".
Currently, it is a modern multi-engineering enterprise of the Orenburg region, focused on the issue of the following types of equipment and production services:
