We can do both spot deals and long term contracts, as long as the minimum shipment of 12,500 MTs is kept, or we can offer you buy EXW as you wish, We can comply with all your packing requirements, and certificates (SGS or CIQ). We have available TDS, with the specs of our offered Sugar ICUMSA 45.

WE only quote on a DAY-to-DAY Basis, based on the up-to-date Prices.
To quote, we need to know:
1. - Total Quantity required, (Total of the Contract)
2. - Time Frame (Time in Months to dispatch according to contract) and
3. - Final Destination Port(s).

Our procedure is as follows, according with ICC:
1. - Our offer by e-mail with who contacts us directly
2. - Buyer sends us an ICPO to LAD-Panama, With recent BCL or Soft Probe Authorization. The ICPO must be in the buyer's letterhead, properly signed and stamped, with a valid date.
3. - We produce a FCO, valid for 3 business days.
4. - Buyer fills, signs and stamps our FCO.
5. - We produce Draft Contract
6. - Buyer amends, fills, and return our our contract to verify.
7. - If any change in our draft contract was done and it is agreed by us. Buyer and Seller, will coordinate meeting for the physical signature of the contract. Without courrier services.
8. - Buyer opens both an irrevocable, confirmed, auto-revolving for the contract length, transferable and divisible IRDLC, payable 100% at sight for the value of 1 month's shipments and an equally transferable and divisible BG for the last 3 months' shipments.
9. - 30 to 60 days later, we start delivering sugar, as agreed on the contract.
