The stockholders of the corporation are aware that the unabated application of chemical fertilizer to our soil over the years has somehow damaged the soil biological fertility. The desire to reverse the process and bring the soil back to its original condition has impelled the owners of the corporation to contribute evenin a small way to hasten the process.
