Purcsae Committee

I write you this mail as a representative of the newly create procurement committee board, this committee was formulated by the newly elected NDC Government Headed by His Excellency the President of the Republic of Ghana, Prof John Evans Atta Mills in a move to correct all abnormalities of the past Government.
The procurement board has recently obtained a loan from the World Bank to regularize all sectors of the Ghanaian Economy which is gradually falling apart.
These funds therefore will be channeled into the following sector of the economy.
1. Education
2. Health
3. Electricity
4. Road and Housing
5. Complete Revitalizing of the Ghana prison Service.
Note that this notice serves as a Legal Tender to all whose business and services are in line with our demand and we therefore demand you to send our your procurement invoices or brochures to enable us ascertain their capability to supply Goods and service.
