Company Introduction
We are pleased to introduce our self as a leading manufacturer unit in various products of wood, organized by a qualified and experienced team at all over India level. Shree Surya Wood Industries established in 1971 and founder of this company is Mr. Purshottam R Patel who has more than 25yrs experience in this field. In particular, we have specialized in wooden pallets, crates, cages, boxes, ply boxes and various industrial wood base products. The products are manufactured from various types of wood such as Jungle Wood, Pine Wood (Imported from Newzeland) etc.
We have facility in built at our Organization which is observed under International Standards duly certified by the Govt. of India. The facility existing are in two parts viz Force Hot Air Treatment (ISPM-15) & Impregnation of pallets.
Forced Hot Air Treatment (ISPM-15)
The process is an International Standard base process which is now a day more or less compulsory for the packing materials to be exported. For your kind information we are certified by the Govt. of India as an ISPM-15 Company.
Impregnation of Pallets
The process is basically treating the raw material of the pallets with combination of wood preservative and vacuum pressure. The treatment and facility is installed according to the Indian Standard (IS: 401 - 1982 & IS: 1003(Part III)-1981).
Our products are in use into industries of Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Food, Textiles, and Glass etc... Our order book contains many repeat orders of reputed companies which speak of our quality, standard and after sales services culture.
Our organization is well equipped with strong laboratory and expert in the field of wood based products required for Exporting material having capacity of 400 pallets per day.
