All the material is produced keeping in mind international standards. The material is made as per the customers specification and checked at various stages of production. The material is checked for Conductivity, Hardness, Resistivity and other physical properties such as Tensile Strength and Elongation.
INFRASTRUCTURE
Seema Engineering Industry is fully equipped for the manufacture of Brass & Copper Sheets, Strips, Foils and Circles with latest machinery: * Induction melting furnace. * Hot rolling mill for sheets and strips. * 4HI & 20HI cold rolling mills for sheets,strips and foils. * Picking lines. * Slitting lines. * Cut to lenght equipment. * Electrically operated bright annealing furnace. * Complete in-house testing facility for physical and chemical properties of metals. OFHC Copper Flats, Bus Bars and Bare Strips are manufactured on the state of the art imported machinery using CONFORM and Hydraulic drawing technologies.
