We carry out smelting of Lead Ore / Lead Concentrate / Used Lead Acid Battery to produce primary & secondary Lead Metal, which is further transformed into Pure Lead, Lead Alloy, Remelted lead and Polypropylene Chips with proven technology and processes.We are adhering to the environmental regulations very strictly and manufacturing lead with a clear, green conscience. REMELTED LEAD

Lead Ingots are being produced from Raw Lead/ Battery Scraps / Lead Scraps and other scraps of Lead in the specially designed Blast Furnace / Rotary Furnace. The Scrap is obtained and is mixed with other reducing agents in the FurnaceRemelted Lead Ingot is used for making Pure Lead Ingot by Pyrometallurgical process. Remelted Lead or the crude Lead is the first production product in the Recycling System whose purity varies as per the raw material specifications. This Lead is obtained by reducing Lead Compounds into free Lead using Chemical heat treatment. These can be cast in big Bullions from Rotary Furnace or the Ingots from Blast Furnace.

Remelted Lead Ingots, which contain about 97-99% Lead Metal with remaining Impurity Elements (Total 2-3%) as Antimony, Tin, Arsenic, Iron, Bismuth, Copper etc. .

This is commercially called as 'Raw Lead or Lead Bullion', which is further processed to Pure Lead (99.97 purity) and / or Specific Lead Alloys. We supply remelted Lead blocks as per costumers requirement.

POLYPROPYLENE CHIPS

We manufacture Polypropylene which is an economical part of Lead Acid Battery recycling. The Plastic Boxes obtained from Battery Scraps are processed to our Plastic Section in order to produce profitable Plastic Chips or the Polypropylene chips. Polypropylene or polypropene (PP Chips) is athermoplastic polymer, used in a wide variety of applications, including plastic parts and reusable containers of various types, thermal pants and shirts made for the military, laboratory equipment, loudspeakers, automotive components, and polymer banknotes. It has been found that mechanical recycling is the best recovery option for large PP automotive components, while energy recovery is the solution for most small plastic parts.
