Closed Joint-stock company Center of special engineering constructions of scientific research and constructing institute of radio-electronic technique Joint-Stock Company CeSIS NIKIRET Russia, Penza is the specialized industrial, design and assembly enterprise working in sphere of security technologies.
Priority direction of activity of the enterprise is perfection of measures on counteraction to terrorism and other illegal activity regarding working out and serial manufacturing of engineering means of physical protection of objects of different function, including especially important (the Ministries of Defence, atomic power stations, gas-and oil pipelines and others) .
