We are a Japanese maker of noodle making machines, designed to produce authentic udon, soba, ramen, Japanese noodles, pasta, and any other noodle. Our objectives are to bring authentic, delicious Japanese noodles and their cultures to the world. To accomlish them, we provide noodle schools and other means that make our clients masters in noodle making. With a number of our clients growing into internationally recognized brands and restaurants, our machines and ultimately our noodles have been exposed to more and more people around the world.
We help our clients in developing great noodles that sell to their target markets. To accomplish them, we may develop original recipes, arrange procurement of particular ingredients, train their people, and help in whatever takes.
