The company was established in June, 1999 by Mr. Gajanan A. Joshi (Proprietor)
Location: Plot No. 182, New Gabbur, Hubli-580028, Karnataka, India
Scope: Manufacture & Supply of All types of Industrial Steel Keys, Aluminum Damper Bars & Strips, Stainless Steel Dowel Pins used for AC / DC Motors, Alternators & Generators, Pumps & Valves and allied products.
Application of our products: Industrial keys are generally used on shafts wherever the power transmission is used to lock either a pully, gear or coupling on the shaft.
The KEYS are available in Three different Types
1. Parallel Keys: Again Parallel Keys can be devided in different types like DRE (Double Round End) , SRE (Single Round End) , Plain (Both End Flat) , DT (Drilled and Tapped) , Taper, Slotted etc.
2. Gib Head Keys: We manufacture all types of Parallel Keys, Gib head keys are manufactured only if the customer provided the fixtures.
3. Woodruf Keys: These keys also manufactured as per the customers requirement.
Raw Materials: We use the 40C8 (C40, EN8) , SS 316 (AISI 316) , SS 304 (AISI 304) , SS 410 (AISI 410) materials as standard material to manufacture the keys. And can supply with any other material available in the market as per the customers requirement.
ABOUT COMPANY: -
Capacity: The company at presently can produces 1, 00, 000 to 2, 00, 000 units parallel keys per month (depending up on the sizes)
Production Facility: The company is having all necessary machineries, equipments, and instruments required to manufacture the KEYS.
