Luohe Letone Rubber Co., Ltd. was founded in April of 2003, which is specializing in manufacturing both corrugation finish rubber hose and smooth finish rubber hose marked with either engrave brand strip or printing brand strip. Our firm has registered four main trademarks: LETONE, PIKES and RIVULET. There are three main series of products: steel wire braid/spiral hydraulic rubber hose, textile braid/spiral air hose and textile braid/spiral oil pipeline. Above-mentioned hoses are of a large variety and full specifications, as well as thousands of specifications, which are produced subject to advanced international standards (SAE and DIN), with steady quality and reasonable price. Through verification and confirmation of China authority department, the products feature high pressure resistance, high temperature resistance, good flexibility, excellent impulse performance, small bearing strain, large length, and easy use and maintenance. The leading products have domestically reached the high level of the same production field, which are widely used in industries of engineering machinery, mining coal, petrochemical, metallurgy, construction and transportation.



With regulatory management, strong technology capability and advanced equipment, Luohe Letone Rubber Co., Ltd. has been successively certified by ISO9001 Quality Management System, National Industrial Production Approval of Steel Wire Reinforced Rubber Hose and Hose Assembly, and Mining Product Safety Sign Certificate. Our firm has been keeping long-term close cooperation in R&D with Polymer Material Faculty of Qingdao Technology University, to assure sustainable development and upgrading of new products. We also successively invested in production equipment and inspection equipment from both domestic and overseas markets, and purchased an automatic spiral line type SPR 250-32 from Italy O.M.A. in 2009.
