Company Introduction

Our company was founded in 1950 by Komatsu Rinzu dealing a wide range of Jacquard fabric, and was converted to a woven label manufacturer in 1957.
Since 1989, we have been upgrading the advancement of the facilities.
In 1996, we established the first network in Japan to connect design systems with production lines such as weaving machinery.
In 1999, we brought in a Rapier loom which was equipped the largest electronic Jacquard in Japan, and built the system which is able to produce multi-pattern fabrics rather than mono-pattern(#1) ones.
In 2006, we were selected as Independent Small Business of Fabric Manufacture, and were continued to be selected the next year through which we have been certified to be a unique existence among Japanese companies in technical field.

Our main products are Jacquard fabric such as woven labels, woven patches, woven ribbons, and name printed textiles as well.
We can also handle laser processing, ultrasonic melting processing, rock processing, low-shrinkage processing, twisting yarn processing, while being able to conduct sophisticated techniques applied to high-tech fabrics with deodorant and anti-bacteria functions, as well as woven labels with sequence number.
Laser processing can change the shape of the completed fabric freely which actually provides products can be used other than patches.
Melting surface will be hard and unfriendly to the skin if processed by Nichrome wire. In such cases, ultrasonic melting processing is recommended.
Furthermore, if softer touch feeling is required, rock processing will meet the demand. That is a method to wrap the melting part with rock processing thicker than 2mm.
Woven labels will shrink significantly if pressed by an iron at a high temperature, so shrink-proof processing is needed to prevent such things from happening.
With the combination of the several processing techniques of our company, the shrink can be restrained less than 2% (successfully controlled less than 1% in most cases).

Our systems can produce not only mono-pattern fabrics, but also those innovational ones like woven labels with sequence number, bar code, and Colorbit(#2).
Meanwhile, as we possess twisting yarn processing machinery, that ensures us to manufacture high-value woven labels from various materials.
If there is any defect like twists, distortion, vagueness, or shrink problems due to iron on inherent parts of Jacquard fabric, we will rapidly settle it/them down. Besides, we conduct the manufacture procedure according to Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) so that safety and security are assured.

We have continued to manufacture woven labels for 50 years. We will keep on challenging to develop novel techniques in order to respond to customers' demands of Japanese quality. If you have any question, please send mails to us.
