Founded in 1992, Haining Changhai Packing & Printing Co., Ltd. now has a parent company and three subsidiaries named Changlin Packaging, Changyu Metalizing Material and Changsheng Packaging. With long-time hard work, we have secured our position as a major manufacturer of flexible packaging products in China.

Focusing on technology innovation, we are furnished with sophisticated 6-color, 8-color and 9-color rotogravure machines imported from overseas. Coupled with laminating machine, sheet cutting machine, slitting and creasing machine and bag making machine, we have established 5 printing lines for flexible packaging and imported two advanced aluminum lamination lines from Italy and Germany. In 2003, we paid around 200 million Yuan in high barrier film line and pharmaceutical packaging line. Our pharmaceutical packaging line, which was equipped with 9 color rotogravure machine made in Japan and non-solvent coating machine made in Italy, according to GMP standard system, was formed in March, 2004 and its annual output reached 8,000 tons. Our high barrier film line can manufacture 25 thousand tons of films annually. We actually have our own BOPP, metalizing and PE factories, which can satisfy the production demand quickly and at the same time ensure a better quality control and low cost.

Our company was qualified by Zhejiang Province government as high and new technological enterprise in 2000 and listed among the national high and new technological enterprises in 2003. In 2002, we obtained ISO9001 quality system certificate. By now, we have supplied large quantity products to customers in the USA, the EU and Australia.
