The Fifth Element

The Fifth Element was launched in 2009 as a premium natural skin care brand. It all began with a passion for natural healing, mixed with an organic ethos & the dream of making a living by trading responsibly.
The four elements of the world are said to be earth, fire, water and air what has till date been argued and discussed is the fifth element, which in the Indian, Greek, Japanese, Buddhist and Tibetan is considered to be akasha / aether / space / sky / heaven.
The word aither in Homeric Greek means "pure, fresh air" or "clear sky", imagined in Greek mythology to be the pure essence where the gods lived and which they breathed, analogous to the air breathed by mortals (also personified as a deity, Aether, the son of Erebus and Nyx). It corresponds to the concept of akasha in Hindu philosophy and is linked to Brihaspati (or the planet Jupiter) and the center direction of the compass.
The fifth element has evolved from a five generation old natural homemade cosmetics manufacturing. It all evolved from making handmade soaps made from oils, which were processed using cold pressed method, which left rich nutrients in the oil intact. The fifth element is now expanding on to a whole new range of body care engineered from natural heavenly products.

As a start up, we specialize in customized packaging for our clients whereby we could customize the whole product ranging from the fragrance to the bottle design to the labels exclusively for you.
