BioMart Asia, Inc. is a young, Philippine-owned Biotechnology company dedicated to producing skin care and cosmetic products for men and women, health care and veterinary products of high quality, based on scientific R& D (research and development) of local herbs and natural products. Members of the BioMart team have been trained rigorously for many years in natural products research in leading Philippine and foreign academic research institutions.
BioMart aims to produce Philippine-made competitive products of high quality for the local market and also for export to other countries under the forthcoming harmonization of cosmetics, nutraceutical and pharmaceutical products.
BioMart is a strong proponent of Nature-based products. BioMart products have as active ingredients natural compounds in plants refered to as Biogennins. Biogenins are compounds such as flavonoids, tannins and polyphenols that are known to possess anti-oxidant properties as well as other desirable effects such as antimicrobial, chemoprotective, cancer preventive, antitumor, and anti-inflammatory properties.
BioMart's initial offering is an Herbal Woman or HW line consisting of the following products: Marianna (face and neck sea mask) , Guia Vanna (Breast care cream) , Thalyssa (Face wash) , Vanessa (Body Wash) , Feninna (Feminine Wash) , Body Contouring Cream, Body Lotion, Hair Conditioning Cream, Hair Conditioning Shampoo, Herbal Woman Face Lift Cream, and Olive Oil Luxury Bath soap.
The Herbal Woman or HW line has since expanded to include more face care products, hair care products and body care products.
BioMart also introduces the first products in the veterinary line-Tub Time Doggie Bath Bar, a dog soap, and Doggie Bubble Bath, a dog shampoo, both made from natural active ingredients that repel ticks, lice, and fleas while keeping glossy the dog's fur.
Biomart also has a line of products for men-the Metroman or M2 line. M2 consist of the following products: The MetroMan Body Gel, Metroman Foot Sanitizer, MetroMan Concealer and The MetroMan Hair Serum.
