I'm behnam taghizadan designer of gears and gearboxes in iran. I have studied mechanical engineering in isfahan university of technology(iut) and i was graduated in 1998. After that i researched on gears and gearboxes. Already i focuse on designing of spur & helical gears and helical & planetary gearboxes also i have designed gears and gearboxes for wide range of industries since 1998. I have designed over than 100 types of gearboxes for many plants in iran that they manufacture them and all of them are working without any problem.



Some of plants that i have designed for them are:

Mobarakeh steel company, esfahan steel plant, khuzestan steel company, meibode steel company, tehran cement company, abyek cement company, dorood cement company, fars cement company, kerman cement company, tehran oil refinery, abadan oil refinery, national iranian drilling company (nidc),...



And here are some projects that i have designed them:

1- helical reducer, power = 55 kw, ratio = 31.5, input speed = 1500 rpm. For belt conveyor of meibode steel company.

2- helical reducer, power = 1000 kw, ratio = 8, input speed = 900 rpm. For ball mill of cement factory.

3- helical reducer, power = 30 kw, ratio = 90, input speed = 1000 rpm. For esfahan steel plant.

4- helical reducer, power = 10 kw, ratio = 30, input speed = 28 rpm. For for esfahan steel plant.

5- planetary reducer, power = 6 kw, ratio = 661.5, input speed = 1200 rpm. For mobarakeh steel company.

6- planetary reducer, power = 7.5 kw, ratio = 1000, input speed = 1500 rpm. For abadan oil refinery.

7- planetary reducer, power = 11 kw, ratio = 52.57, input speed = 1000 rpm. For nasooz azar company.

8- planetary reducer, power = 30 kw, ratio = 60, input speed = 1000 rpm. For mobarakeh steel company.

1- install drawing

2- assembly drawing with part list.

3- parts drawing contain of dimension and tolerances, material, heat treatment and gears specifications.

4- the life of bearings.

5- bill of materials.

6- suitable oil for gearbox.
