Company Introduction
Founded in 2001 as PT. Asia Raya Foundry, the company's business has been growing steadily since then. Pt. Asia Raya Foundry is located in Tanjung Morawa-North Sumatera, around half hour or 25 km from Medan City. Nearby the Medan Highway from Tanjung Morawa to Belawan. Pt. Asia Raya Foundry is one of the largest foundry in Sumatera specialized in producing castings, machinery, and steel billets in Indonesia.
From the start, PT. Asia Raya Foundry has been supported by a group of combined expert engineers from each process. We commit to improve our human resources and continuing upgrading our facilities and technology, so we are confident to meet our customers requirement in quality, delivery, services, and reasonable price.
With the land area of 40000 sq m and built up area of 10000 sq m, the company has been supplying castings to many kinds of industry, such as Crumb Rubber, Palm Oil, Quarry, Cement, Pulp and Paper, Sugar Mills, Steel Mills, and other Job Order. The Company can supply in various ferrous materials such as Cast Steel, Alloy Steel, Chrome Moly Steel, High Manganese Steel, Stainless Steel, Cast Iron, Ductile Iron (SG Iron) , High Chromium Iron, etc.
Especially in Crumb Rubber Industry, the company is principally engaged in design, engineering, fabrication, installation and commissioning of Machinery and Equipment either stand alone units or entire plant set up basis. Those machinery are Slab Cutter, Breaker, Twin Screw Prebreaker, Hammer Mill, Mangle / Creeper, Shredder, together with the equipments of Belt Conveyor, Screw Conveyor, Bucket Elevator, Etc.
We also produce Steel Billets for Rolling Mills raw materials. With our Continuous Casting Machine, We can produce billets of 100x100 and 120x120, with length of 3m or 6m.
Our Steel Billets composition specification: SR-24, 3SP / PS, SAE-1006, SAE-1008, Grade-60, Q235 GB 700-88, 5SP GOST 380-1994
