The offer is 50.000 MT per month, in anual contract (12 months), total contract in the first year of 600.000 MT.

Minimum order in the first year is 25.000 MT per month x 12 months, total contract in the first year 300.000 MT. PRICE: US$-300,00 MT CIF

Manganese ore 45% CIF CHINA, but there is a predominance of manganese ore 44% ~ 46%.

Comission: US$-1,00 MT free for your group

PAYMENT INSTRUMENT(S): Shall made through ARDLC (Auto Revolving Documentary Letter of Credit) 01 Letter Advance in the first month 100% at sight + 11 Letters ARDLC one per month 100% at sight, against receipt and verification of shipping documents by the buyer's bank, Irrevocable, Transferable, Operative, Divisible, Unconditional,Unencumbered and Confirmed to be opened by BUYER at an International First Line Bank showing on the 25 top banks in Europe, in favor of the SELLER.

FIRST PROCEDURE: THE BUYER SEND ICPO on letterhead, signed and stamped IMPORTER OF FINAL 2001 MT 799 + on letterhead BANK, sign, stamp and Chancellor BY TWO BANK OFFICERS OF FINANCIAL INSTITUTION AND NCND.

PROCEDURES FOR LOADING AND DISTANCES:
Mining X Montes Claros = 170 km
Montes Claros X Aratu Port = 820 km.

Daily load of 5,000 MT using 70 dump trucks of 40 ton per trip, with a daily average of 2,800 MT.

Storage in the Terminal Railway of FCA in Montes Claros, 170 km from the mining within an estimated average of 10 days.

Daily loading of 5,000 MT from Terminal of the FCA will be made in Montes Claros in 67 to 75 ton gondola cars per day charge. In ten days it appears to load 50,000 MT to be stored within the Port of Aratu.

In the port of Aratu, the Manganese Ore will be stored in the warehouse operator's port until the arrival of the ship.
With the arrival of the vessel will be used daily board charge of 10,000 MT and ship loaded in 05 days.
