Elpis Mongolia LLC is Japan-Mongolian private Joint venture company. It was established in 2004 with aim to establish a business with opportunity for future profitable growth and provide research, informational and logistical support to the Japanese enterprises willing to cooperate with Mongolia.

2006.4 Mongolia Fluorite Concentrate export plan for Japan. (Nissin Steel Co.,Ltd)
2007.4 Started Fluorite flotation plant project with Mitsubishi Corporation.
2009.9 Established the Elpis Mongol LLC. Planning coal export from Mongolia.
2010.1 Memorandum with Jiugang Group.
2011.5 Memorandum with China Communication Import&Export Corporation.
2011.6 Basic Agreement with Shenyang International Trade Co., Ltd. Jiaomei.
