following terms and conditions:



Commodity: Iron ore

Origin: Nigeria

Quality: buyer's specification

Quantity: 5,000-30,000 mt monthly

Terms: CFR basis, with 2,500-5,000 mt as trial order.

Duration: 12 months with extensions

Package: Buyer's option.

Content (Fe): 63.5% - 67% (Fe)

Price: fe 63.5% - 64% = $148/mt and fe 65.5% - 66% = $150/mt

Inspection: INTERTEK GLOBAL INSPECTION

Shipment: 30 days after Seller's Bank confirm the receipt of Buyer's L/C.

Guarantee: 2% performance bond issued in favor of Buyer.

Payment: Confirmed, Irrevocable, Non-transferable, Divisible

Documentary Letter of Credit, 95% payable against a confirmed B/L,

certificate of quality & weighing issued, signed/stamped by INTERTEK GLOBAL INSPECTION at loading port and 5% against CIQ in China.
