Basically the manufacturing range includes electrically operated furnaces to suit the requirement for production, tool room, heat treatment, quality control, research and development field.
The temperature ranges that can be made is 1000 0c,1400 0c,1600 0c, incorporated even with pid or programmable ramp soak controls, and the R&D equipments are used in air, inert atmosphere and vacuum application.
Our other speciality: Is setting up of a turnkey project metallurgical testing laboratory few estimation of carbon, sulphur, silicon, manganese, nickel, chromium etc. In iron, steel and alloy steels. The basic equipment supplied are strohlein's type carbon and sulphur determinator, rapid phosphorus determinator etc.
We also specialise in the field of making process control instruments including programmable control panel, thyristor control and devices. All type of sensors including non contact type etc.
