We are glad to introduce ourselves as one of the leading forging companies in North India . Sadhu group was incorporated in year 1976 with the setup of a forge shop in Faridabad. As of now Sadhu group has 2 forging units, 1 Press division, 1 gear division and an export arm.

Sadhu is catering to major automotive industries, OEMs and aftermarket in India as well as in US, UK, Germany, Sweden, Italy, Switzerland and other overseas countries.

Our forging units have closed die hammers ranging from 1 Ton 10 Tons. In Forge shop we have one 2500 Ton Press and one 1000 Ton Press. The monthly capacity of the 3 units (2 forging units and 1 Press division) together is around 3000 M.Tons.

Sadhu has capabilities for both open and closed die forging, forged of carbon steels, alloy steels, including Stainless steel. Parts weighing from 0.5 gms to 70 kgs can be forged through closed die Forging Method and upto 125 kgs in open die forgings.

We also have the capability of in-house CNC/VMC operations of the forgings, finished to drawing size and specifications.

In our Gear Plant we have,

a) "Gleason" Teeth Cutting machines, Quenching Press, Gear & Pinion Lapping Machines and Hypoid Testers for gear Cutting of Crown Wheels and Pinions.

b) Hobbing machines, Shaving Machines, Broaching Machines, Bore Grinding Machines, Surface Grinding Machines, Angular Grinding Machines etc. to take care of the teeth cutting of Transmission Gears and Shafts.

c) We also have Heat treatment facilities, comprising of Continuous Gas Carburizing Furnaces, Sealed Quench Furnaces to meet the customer's precise requirements.

In autoparts unit we also have Gleason 104 and 114 Coniflex Generators, Russian Bevel Generator Machine, Bore Grinding Machine, Angular Grinding Machine, Broaching Machine etc. to take care of the production of straight Bevel Gears, Bevel Pinions, Spider cross etc.

We also have well equipped and established Quality Control systems, to meet the stringent quality requirement of the customers. Our Quality Control and Metallurgical Laboratory are equipped with the following precise instruments:

1. Spectrometer to check the chemistry of the incoming raw material steel.

2. Gear Profile Tester.

3. Structural microscope and Micro traverse hardness tester and other inspection equipments.

4. Latest addition to strengthen our strict quality control measures is Carl Ziess CMM Machine and Klingenburg "Gear and Pinion Analyzer".
