Zhuji Chain General Factory

As a large-scale export-oriented group, Zhuji Chain General Factory covers a total area of 95,000 square meters. Our factory specializes in the production of various kinds of industrial roller chains, conveyor chains, motorcycle chains, auto timing chains, chain couplings, sprockets, and metallurgy machinery according to ISO9001 standard. We have 650 workers and 68 engineers.



Over the past 30 years since establishment, our brand "TJ" has enjoyed a high prestige at home and abroad for stable quality and the most competitive price. Our annual sales volume is about 15 million U.S. dollars, 70% of which is gained from European, American, the Middle Eastern and South American markets.



Our main products consist of ASA25-240, 06B-48B, series 81X, toothed chains, plate chains and bending plate chains according to the standards of ISO606-1994, DIN8187, JIS and GB. Besides, we have produced about 2,000 different types of special chains according to customers' drawings and requirements for different fields, such as combines, electronic product lines, food industry, sugar houses, forks and steel mills.



We have adopted the most advanced high speed assembly machinery, punching machinery, bush-forming machinery, and "SY" brand continuous mesh stoves for the heat-treatment of Taiwan origin to ensure more stable quality. We have our own testing lab for raw material, twist, fatigue, breaking load and length accuracy.
