In the early 80s the founders of maynor as started to develop, manufacture and distribute what is now known as controll innerseal, a liquid sealer that can easily be used with all types of concrete. The product

Controll innerseal is a member of the generation of water-based environmentally friendly treatments for concrete and concrete products. The product contains no poisonous or combustible substances, is odourless, colourless and contains no solvents. Controll innerseal can be used internally and externally on any building or construction. The product is easily and quickly applied and requires no expensive, heavy or complicated equipment. Controll innerseal is different from residential forms of penetrating sealers because it is designed specifically for life-long ever-lasting large-scale, heavy-duty applications as in commercial, industrial, and agricultural. The unique biochemical modified silicate composition of controll innerseal makes it possible to permanently waterproof cracks up to 2 mm in width. This makes controll innerseal the clear choice as a consistent, reliable and effective concrete sealer. Controll innerseal is UV stable, because it penetrates into the concrete. When controll innerseal penetrates very actively and deeply into the concrete, it effectively stops leakage, armour corrosion and calcium washout. Besides waterproofing controll innerseal stabilises dust, expels oil and grease, and is also an excellent transitional medium for additional surface treatment.
