TELDIK Middle East SAL

1) To undertake in Lebanon and abroad all kinds of commercial, purchase, sale, presenting all kinds of services, engineering and contracting activities for its account and / or the account of third parties except for all kinds of financial and banking services and anything relating thereto.

2) To curry out import, export activities and Commercial Representation in accordance with the Provisions of Decree-Law No 34 / 67 as amended by Decree-Law No 9639 / 75.

3) Entering into public tenders and contracts in connection with the object of the company.

4) Sale and purchase of real estates, the construction, rent sale and exploitation of residential properties and buildings in accordance with the provision of Decree-Law No 11614 / 69 governing the acquisition by non-Lebanese of real estate rights in Lebanon as amended.

5) Preparing researches, studies, and consultations, and executing all kinds of projects related to works in Lebanon and abroad.

6) Acquiring participations in any kind of projects in Lebanon or abroad and creating or establishing similar enterprises or enterprises with a similar object and in general to carry out any activity related or complementary to its object.
