Former company Green Point International Co., Ltd was established on Jan 2004 .Mainly handled and traded as the sole distributor for the business of air purifiers imported from USA.
2005 established Oxyfresh Marketing HK Ltd that handled products of dental care, personal care and pet care with Oxyfresh Brand name.
2006 Gave up all Oxyfresh products and concentrate all resource on air purifiers.
2nd quarter of 2006 modified all imported products and assigned special model no in order to make them more suitable to Hong Kong environment and prevent competition to the same products illegal imported from other countries.
3rd quarter of 2006 stop distributorship with original manufacturer and started to develop our own brand name products.
Re-organized the company and re-name as Year Development Limited.
Started laboratory test for our products, successful proved that the bacteria count was reduced by 99.7% after presented our products.
Obtained IEQ (In Door Environmental Quality) recognized by SGS.
Created a trade marked label in order to comfort our customer and to be the company trade mark in future.
1st quarter of 2007 merged with Hung Wung Electrical & Engineering Company.
2nd quarter of 2007 established Year Development (China) Limited in Zhongshan City, Guangdong, China.
