NURGINIAS ENTERPRISE

Nurginias Enterprise is a partnership company of a husband and wife. The company was registered with the Registration of Companies, Malaysia in 1998. Its main business is in food and beverages (F&B). Its catering business, using the name of Nurginias Enterprise had established itself in the industry as it has now gained popularity and had catered a number of big and international events.

In 2006, the company also ventured into food manufacturing business namely ready-to-eat and frozen food products, bottled food and cake.

Frozen pies, cornish, calzones - big size, mini party size and tailormade size and also contract manufacturing (using customer's label)
Mixfruit chutney (sweet,sour,spicey but not chilli hot, types of fruits - pickle cherries, mango and limes)
Salted fish chutney (spicy gravy - medium hotness level, chunky pickle white carrot,chunky fried salted seabream fish) - also able to tailormade on the products - eg 100% fish
Spghetti sauce - cunky vegetarian spaghetti sauce. red and green capsicum,fresh tomatos,brown onions,cellery.
Steamed fruitcake - non alcoholic.Traditional recipe.moist. Steamed for 4 hours.
