We produce premium quality, wholesome and strictly hygienic products with fully-automated methods with the assistance of our expert production teams, total quality understanding, compliance to HACCP standards, modern tehcnologies, Research and Development Laboratories, the qualified and fully committed personnel. Thanks to our commitment to our credo of always obtaining the best, we have been growing at a robust page of 30% a year to become a leading player in our sector. In an aim to offer our products, which ensure added value to both Barhan Foods and to our sector, to greater masses we make the most productive investments and add our uniqueness to the life. In addition to our genuine brands of Sokomigo, Fruppa and Miredo sold in the markets, we also offer our unique quality semi-finished products to many valuable producers to ensure them excel as well. We supply an average of 18.000 tons of industrial chocolate and cacao hazulnut cream to the leading Turkish chocolate and ice-cream brands, patisseries and food factoriers. In addition to desiccated fruit, marmalades and gel used as raw material for biscuits and cakes, we also produce private label hazelnut cream, jams, praline, canned fruit and vegetables.
