Bodegas DM is a family business located in the municipality of Sant Sadurni d'Anoia, the capital of Cava.
The quality of our wines and cavas begins in our vineyards, 22 hectares of vineyards in the region L'Alt Penedes, where grow Xarel.lo varieties, Macabeo, Parellada, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Cabernet Sauvignon. We care for the earth and the vineyard using sustainable viticulture, harvest natural resources and minimize the impact of inorganic products, with only one goal, get the best of the land to produce wines and cavas Don Montfer.
The organic production techniques used are environmentally friendly, we get our agricultural products by natural means. All organic products Don Montfer are controlled by C.C.P.A.E.
Our winery and facilities combine tradition and modernity, are equipped with the necessary technology to production processes, bottling and packaging, follow a strict quality control to ensure maximum satisfaction for all our products.
Our challenge is constant improvement in all processes of our wines, cavas and olive oils to ensure our customers continue to enjoy our products.
