4. Payment Terms and conditions as folows :

i.) 50% TT down payments and balance 50% TT against B/L b/4 loading port ( No
other payment terms that we will entertain for time being. If buyer can agree
than we can deal )

6. Price : Will be based on MPOB daily market price +- Plus Other Charges such
as ( Insurance / Documents / Containers )

7. Usage of the cooking oils : It is ideal for Pan frying / Shallow frying /
Deep frying
