During these many years, we used various quality engineering techniques in order to satisfy our customers by designing an efficient and smooth process, from procuring the seafood to delivering the product. Our vision drives us to purchase all seafood from fisheries and aquaculture farms which are well known for their sustainability and responsibility. We believe that our responsibility to the environment goes beyond the safety of our own processes and products. So we tasked our staff to ensure the health of oceans and their species by only transacting with certified suppliers. Working closely with other industry groups and agencies enables us to assure a sustainable and renewable source of species.

All products are inspected upon receipt to make sure it has been properly stored and handled. All documentation, including country of origin information, chain of custody and quality assurance, is required in order for the product to be accepted. Checks and balances in our purchasing, receiving and production departments are designed to ensure that only the freshest seafood enters and leaves our warehouse. As the result of these efforts, we proudly announce that our quality is the backbone of our business model.
