By the Water Shellfish is a supplier of premium hard shell lobster from the cold waters of the Atlantic, specializing in the delivery of live lobster. Our commitment to quality, industry know how and state of the art facility allow us to provide various grades of lobster year round at exceptional quality.

We are located on the shores of the Gulf of St. Lawrence in the shadow on the Confederation Bridge, connecting Prince Edward Island to New Brunswick, Canada. After several expansions our facility now has a capacity of over 500,000 lbs of live lobster. The facility is CCSF or HACCP approved and can process any sized order based on customer demand. Our sister company, Howards Cove Shellfish, supplies Malpeque oysters, considered by many to be the gold standard by which all other oysters are judged.
