Following proper procedures and execution of initial paperwork, we collaborate with both the Buyer and Seller in bringing them together as soon as possible. Along the way, we are always available for both the Buyer and Seller in order to keep communication and processes flowing effectively and efficiently.

We do not request unreasonable commissions. In addition, once we assist in forging a mutually acceptable business relationship between the Buyer and the Seller, we remove ourselves as necessary. We are still available if required anytime during the process, while the Buyer and Seller finalize a mutually acceptable transaction.
