Our parent firm was established in Guntur in 1999 as a trading company, dealing in agricultural commodities. This family business has in the last 15 years grown into a large group of companies headed by Merlion Impex Limited which was incorporated in 1999 to consolidate and centralise the export activities of the Merilion Group. Today Merlion Impex Limited is the second largest net foreign exchange earner in the private sector of India.
