Our Company Senthil Agencies was started in late 1960s primarily as a distributor for agricultural and Veterinary products and is a family owned partnership firm now located in various districts across the state of Tamil Nadu, India.
In early 70's diversified into the Indian Poultry industry and has the market in the Indian states of Kerala, Tamil Nadu and Karnataka. We are now a prominent player in the South Indian broiler poultry market and one of the lead members of Broiler Co-ordination Comittee, Palladam which control nearly one-third of the country's market.
Diversification into textiles (Universal Clothing Company, India) seemed inevitable in late 80's seemed inevitable. So this was a diversification with our in house production, warehousing and marketing of woven textile products. We have constantly upgraded our machines and kept up with the market.
Furthur expansion was undertaken in the recent years with quality control and cost efficiencies in mind in both textiles and poultry industry to shield ourselves from increasing competitive pressures in our markets.
Due to surplus capital availablity we are expanding our Woven textile company furthur and also venture into specialised textile knitting plants.
Most recent developments in the company's have proposed for a diversification into businesses of Activated Carbon Production.
Universal Trading company is the seller for all these products and and many more such as Poultry feeds, day old broiler chicks, woven cloth and commodity such as fiish meal, maize and amino acids with a strategic scope of becoming a prominent player in this market.
