Tart Bijoux, a custom jewelry design company, was founded by Deborah Danhof and Jenessa Mejan. With many years in the design field, Deborah and Jenessa share in the artistic development and creation of each piece. One vision, which started with two, has evolved into a group of dedicated people offering the industry exquisite handcrafted jewelry. Having a strong customer base has enabled us to fulfill our passion and do what we love best.
