Processing: The pet scrab will cut in small pieces about 10mm to 20mm in irregular shapes. These cut flakes are then washed. The PP minuscule particles, which are left out from their cap-rings, are taken out by straining, and the washed flakes are then sun-dried and/or air-dried. Thereafter, these cut, washed and dried pet-flakes are inspected manually for the presence of any foreign-matters such as paper-labels etc and then packed in PP woven bags; mostly the net-weight is 40 kgs for the pet-flakes.
