Chengdu Rineck Precision Cutting Tool Co., Ltd. was set up in 1983, situated in Shanghai. Our former business was the application and research of high energy rare earth permanent magnetic materials. In 2006, our company introduced Walter production line from Germany and was devoted to the design, development, manufacturing and marketing of high precision solid carbide cutters. We make great efforts to become the most professional cutter manufacturer in China.



Our company has imported equipment at international advanced level: Walter Helitronic Vision 5 axis digital grinding machine, Walter Helitronic Micro 6 axis digital grinding machine, Walter Helicheck optical CMM, dynamic balancing instrument from Zooler Company in Germany and 355H measuring projector from TESA company in Switzerland.



The auxiliary equipment includes DMG machining center from Germany and other more than 30 sets of instruments. Our main products are solid carbide end mills, twist drills, internal-coolant drills and reamers, with sizes ranging from D0.2 to D25. We also accept various customers' demands for non-standard cutters and solutions. Our products are widely used in aerospace, automobile, cooling machine, die and mould industry. Our products are used to machine common steel, aluminum alloy, high temperature alloy, titanium alloy, hardened steel, graphite and other non-metallic materials.
