LLP business in India, wants to visit China in May 2012 to interact with Battery manufacturers in Shanghai. Suggest ways by which we are invited to visit manufacturers in Shanghai and establish a small buying office there.

We are a Kolkata, India based commission agent at present, considering expanding our business so, interested in China based Manufacturers/Suppliers of good quality but economic priced VRLA Batteries, SMF Batteries used in UPS, Inverters, other equipments and Motorcycles.

We can invest minimum about US$ 20000 equivalents (about INR. 10, 00,000/-), against every order, for importing & warehousing these products for immediate delivery in local markets i.e. to the smaller dealers and distributors in West Bengal or, India, provided we are equipped with smaller orders from these local parties before placing a bulk import order to a China supplier/Manufactures with repute and having adequate arrangement, preferably if they have representative office in India.

Accordingly, we are inviting appropriate suggestions/offers form such Manufactures/suppliers from China as well as purchase enquiries from buyers in India with smaller capacity. We are interested in a mutually beneficial and long-term business.

Kolkata based commission agent, performing purchase/sale or domestic import of goods from the manufacturers outside West Bengal on behalf of the business or individual in West Bengal. Presently, the firm is handling Electronics and Electrical goods viz. Tubular Batteries (for Inverter, UPS), Inverters & UPS.

Our Operations:

(1) Receiving order payment from the buyers in West Bengal.
(2) Placing order with the producers outside West Bengal, deposit cheques/transfer fund, forward waybill, meeting CST, clearance (C) form.
(3) Clearing, receiving, unloading goods dispatched from the producers.
(4) Warehousing received goods until they are dispatched.
(5) Maintaining proper registers and records of stocks.
(6) Preparing challans & invoices.
(7) Dispatching goods as per order.(
8) Organising proper transportation for loading/dispatch of goods.
(9) Maintaining proper dispatch record & ensuring timely delivery.
(10) Co-ordinating with the buyers and the producers on relevant issues.
(11) Maintaining Accounts as per requirement.
(12) Performing quarterly VAT Return.
