UPKAR ASSOCIATES AND UPKAR ESTATE was established in the year 1984 and 1994 respectively and is prime firms of UPKAR GROUP. MINING AND EXPORT OF MINERALS
In the year 2008 the Group has ventured into Mining Business and has floated a separate company called UPKAR MINING PVT. LTD is a registered company under the Company s Act 1956 having its office at No. 28 9th Cross 2nd Block Jayanagar Bangalore 560 011 which is one of the group companies of Upkar Group Bangalore. The Company s main object is to extract minerals for export. The company has already tied up with a few mine owners in Sandur Bellary sector.
At present the company is interested in trading of Iron-ore through s. State Trading Corporation Limited Government of India Undertaking-Bangalore and also directly exporting to China through Sundial International Trading Company Limited Hong Kong. For continuous and prompt export of Iron ore we have entered in to long term supply agreement with John Mines Chitradurga Nadeem Mines Bellary and M / s. HRG Mines Sandur. The company has required financial and technical backup to undertake long term export of Iron ore to any of the Overseas Buyers. The company is in a position to export half a million tons during the current financial year and improve it one million tons during next year.
