Sangab Azarshahr plant
The largest manufactuerer of ornamental stones in Iran

Construction of Sangab Azarshahr (SAZCO) plant, commenced in the begining of March 1992 and in 1994-95 major part of plant's executive activities was carried out.

This plant has an area of 50,000 square meters and an infrastructure of 6300 square meters, which is equiped, with the modern Italian machines
for processing granite, marble (270,000 sqm/y tiles and slabs) and exclusive travertines (red, yellow and walnut) of which 120,000 square meters applies to granite such as, green, red, grey and black, according to international cutting and polishing standards and 150,000 square meters to various type of marble and travertine such as pink, cream,
black and red.

Sangab Azarshahr quarries

The owner of the best coloured travertine quarries, well-known all over the world from where has been exported the considerable quantities to the Asian and European countries, in form of block, tile , slab and cut to size.

Geographical location

Azarshahr is located On south-west of Tabriz alnog Miandoab highway.
The mining complex is located on south-west of Azarshahr, in the region of the Sahand mountain foot-hill.
The Azarshar altitude is 1400 meters above see level.
